Hey man, I'm a local luger come longboarder, not much good but love gettin out for a roll, what spots are ya talkin?

we're going to the old woolies carpark at 10.30 tonight if you're keen new decks just came in the post so we're all keen to try them out, its me and few of my brothers my mate and his brother, aged 14 to 20

Cool man, won't be able to get there tonight but will try n get a ride in with yaz one day, we know a few roads around the estates that aren't bad. 14 to 20....shit, ya gonna make me look like an old grom! Cheers

boys boys, i grew up in batho and skated the shit out of that town before moving on, get on your board and head up to llanath, lormier st is cruizy but take a left and you can bomb some gnar down to all saints, green street is rad, bro hit up mt pano early monday morning at sunrise, or out the back of kelso, i think its tandori st maybe is good and chilled to learn on,.

i miss the old carparks and the big w one is where i first raced on a skate board like 13 years ago, but you have to get some practice on roads and learn the road rules, its only gonna make you a safer rider and better

hope you have some fun and skate safe, theres heaps of quiet roads around so find the smoothest one and get some bro:

Cheers Rob, did ya ever hit any of the country roads outta town?

Isaac, some other cruisy runs are up behind trinity heights, starting up at the masonic hall you can head down illumba way, left onto jagoe then right onto rosemount and all the way down to trinity, or with plenty of speed down illumba make it to willow drive which will take you all the way to marsden lane as well. Let us know if ya keen to hit em n I'll meet yaz up for a few runs!

this hill aint smooth buts its consitantly rough, means you wont go to fast thats all

barry gurdon drive, behind the mount is good to, both back roads to the mount had some thing interesting,

i used to set up a ramps and shit out at emerald drive, just before the giant panner man on the sydney rd, and it probly developed now but it was smooth and wide and contant grade, probly got lights too, might be sweet for trick sessions,

its a bit hard if you dont have a car but if your into downhill, your best and closest run is megalong valley before katomba, hit that shit from the top too, only pussys start from the midle of the switch backs.

bro im in LIMA Peru, shredding gnar and skating as a lifestlye, its paying the bills at the moment and im stoked for it, bathurst is a great spot to learn but if you wan to take it to the next level sydney is only a couple of hours away and shredders there hit the blue mountains pretty regulary, plus theres all ways pumpstaition and its on the train line.

when i get back in early feb, im coming out home to pick up dads old car, il post here and organise to take all the bathusrt longboarders out to a couple of spots, should be awesome and maybe good publicity for the up coming world cup.

peace

Cheers man, not sure there's many ride around here, as I mentioned before I'm a luger but I been gettin gettin stoked off longboarding lately, just startin out learning to slide n stuff.
Mad jealous of your life in Peru, I been travelling over there but can't imagine ridin over there aswell, such a great country, must be pretty loose with the mad drivers over there.......enjoy!
Cheers, Brendan

oi guys , im in BATHURST and will be skating around each afternoon for the next week or two, wanna join us and show me your local hills then hit us up, ive got a car and plenty of thane to burn.

hey rob going this sunday if you want to come, maybe tonight (thursday) in the big w carpark if you know where that is at around 10 PM my number is 0432688223 just message me and tell me who it is and ill give you a text if and when we are going.

Well this was a slightly mis leading thread

Fark yeah woolies carpark!

That was where I cut my teeth skating. My first ever deck, a Galaxy SilverArm. I can remember frothing at the site of them building that place around 1988 and couldn't wait for them to finish it.

It was so smooth with no oil patches in the crete. We'd take different lines everytime going around pylons then run up the stairs again at the bottom.

Sounds like they gave up paying security guards to chase you out?

im out of reception at home, im going to w for a roll anyway, if your there sweet!! sunday sounds good too, go skate some hills around town hey.

yeah fitzy, ive had plenty good times in there too huh,
