the vugenhousen was made before james started riding for arbor...

james would rip on any deck he stood on...

Get a glyde, support the aussie scene, and ride something worth riding..

And considering its James Kelly's pro board, I imagine itl be pretty good for both DH and freeriding.

Ahh, thanks for the correction.
I know he'll shred anything (rider>board yadayada) but considering how he freerides it and races it, the function for which it was designed for and specs leave a lot to say about whether itl be 'good for downhill and freeride'. As for whether the deck is good overall, depends on cave and contruction and so on... And that will lead to how good the board will be for a specific person. 

In terms of Glydes, perhaps the Libelle would be suitable? If, you want to stick to roughly similar specs...
