Hi i was wondering whether it provides more grip if a wheel with different inner and outer lips is flipped? from what i've searched people seem to have very mixed opinions about it, with the general consensus that if the sharper lip is on the outside  it provides more grip. although abec 11 make their centrax with a inner lip that is a bit sharper than the outer lip. i've seen a few people flip their centrax. i could go on for a while, but what provides more grip, sharper lip on the outside or inside?

It's the inner lips of the inner wheels that provide the grip. That's all.
flipping centrax is intended to gain more traction via more centre set being-ness.
Ask any abec rider and they'll say "centrax aren't exactly centre set".
Im no professor but thats the words I've heard
ask billy and he will say they are great for sliding

ahahahha ^^
