The new marketplace

Due to popular demand, the marketplace forum has been replaced with a new marketplace that is not a forum but a purpose-built place for buying and selling.

The old marketplace forum is still there, and people can still respond to the old discussions there, but new ads should be placed on the new marketplace. 

There's a "Marketplace" link in the horizontal menu at the top of the page, and a box in the right-most column showing the last 10 ads.

The new marketplace has a few bugs, but we hope to iron them out over the coming weeks. Let us know what you think.

After you post an ad you'll receive a confirmation email - that email has a link you have to click on, and once you click it, your ad will appear.

i filled out the form and pressed submit, and it said a confirmation email will be sent and i didnt get one

If it's not in the junk folder, perhaps you mistyped your email address? Easy to do...

just tried again, spelt my email address correctly, checked the junk and spam folders and theres no email. not sure what im doing wrong haha

i got an email from the webby, i clicked the link and it came up on yahoo saying it didnt work

Josh, I don't know what the problem is there. I suggest tryign again tomorrow.

Chris, I don't understand what you're saying - "I clicked the link and it came up on yahoo saying it didn't work" makes no sense. What came up on yahoo, and what does "came up on yahoo mean", and what did you see that indicated "it didn't work"?
