Guys, if you're having problems with Sk8Trip orders, then dig up your order information and paste it into an email to "orders@Sk8Trip.com" . That email goes directly to the office manager, Sarah, who is also the person who'd have handled your order and shipped it to Oz.

Sarah is also a very busy person who commonly takes a week or two to respond to e-mails. Is there someone in the company who has a quicker response time?

I tried that when I got my oops freerides, never got a reply... I tried every e-mail i could, tried via paypal, got absolutely nothing.
