the mill brisbane ..........read this if u skate it it could save ur life
at the mill today joshe chad and dean doin a full run with lance on the left spotting
a dark red /moroon nissan X trail with a older fatter man with white hair and full white beard only about an inch long
this person swerved onto the other lane where josh chad and dean are skating all 3 boys are forced off the road onto dirt chad missing a power pole by inches .....dean is fine shocked but fine josh's right leg is mostly road rash ...and chad is hurt .....missing alot of skin arm shoulder chest hip elbows ......he was taken to hospital by ambulance
the boys took a minute to get to lance but when they did he was gone looking for this guy ...with no luck
coppers rocked up we said what happend then went off for a look see so did lance in the other direction...the police are fully on our side we had the rules there and all the saftey gear.
this old guy lives 1 house up on the corner of the mill ......his son/sons drive done up silvias n stuff but they are not the problem they have said to others in the past dont worry about my dad hes a fuck head word for word .....but yeah ......we found his car and the boys thought it was his so we went there and he said straight away that he called police on us and we need to get off his property .......so we did straight down the police station we went he was there 3 minutes later
charges have been laid josh chad and maybe dean will need to go to court on this .....chad is still in hospital now this happend prob 2 hours ago
this guy nearly killed 3 people today if you ever skate the mill watch out him DARK RED / MORRON NISSAN X TRAIL ....old fat bloke with white hair and white full beard .............

the law doesnt care how fast we go as long as its in daylight and are no more than 2 abreast , not racing and on an unlined road that has a posted speed limit of 50km (sect 14;2 of the road rules) . this case they were wrong because that top section is lined but the police told us that was irrelevant compared to his actions . at least there is 3 witness's and he also admitted it to me in front of 5 others when we confronted it...sad part he thinks he did nothing wrong

Well the spot Ive ridden at the Mill has no lines marked, thats the only reason Im calling it a legal spot.
To me its the dumbest law ever (the no lines rule), ..... mostly these roads are more dangerous than the ones with lines marked. I mean how do you argue a point that the guy was on the wrong side of the road if there are no lines?
I know we have also been kicked out of spots that had no lines marked because the cops just order you to leave under threat of arrest. So its a DUMB law. Its not logical, its just a way to squeeze us. In this case, having lines marked meant the driver was clearly wrong, and we might see some justice.
If this guy cops a good punishment I think we should take the story to the news, because it might just make other dickhead drivers think about the consequences of their actions.

on a road with no line, incoming traffic means you have to move to the left anyways.

Millwood looks good. Looks like a dead end too (?) Oh and I can see another nice looking one, to the south, off Nebo Rd... Need to investigate that area, It's close to where I live too.
Too bad it is occupied by morons (i.e. people of mild mental retardation having a mental age of from 7 to 12 years and generally having communication and social skills enabling some degree of academic or vocational education.)
