Can i fix it with epoxy? Any early end to a brand new friend :(

The good news is Im not really hurt, just a sprained foot and my trucks aren't bent :)
Bad news is that the chick who hit me asked me if "i was ok" and said "sorry" then drove off. Didn't even get out of the car to help me. And even worse is the fact that Im a kid and she had a kid in the car! I found her to be bloody rude! Oh and my board is f***ed and it was only less than only 17 days old :(
But yeah, just thought I'd share it with you.

are.. you.. mad?..... i SUPPOSE its possible to epoxy it up, with ALOT of epoxy. but its also an oppurtunity to chop a vendy shorter and not feel bad about it :)

Yeah i was thinking about chopping it. But ive just got 1 more week till boarding school. So i think just gona get an omen or someother board for my birthday.
Im just really fking pissed that the lady didn't get out of her car to help. And the fact that i waited for the board for over a month and ive only had it for a little over 2 weeks.

glue it back together and use it as a wall display or turn it into a clock.
You dont want to repair it then have it give out at 50kph.

Yeah i know. i was kidding about fixing it. I'm not gona get a new board before school because my foot is caning and i'm off to boarding school. Im just going to get one when i come back for the holidays.

I'd love to get my hands on it and try to fix it. Just to see if it could be done. The secret would be to add thickener to the resin for the bits you are gluing and then clamp it all together. Judging from the photo you might have to be a little cr8ive wirh the clamps. Then a nice layer of 600 gsm to the to and bottom, redrill the holes and you'd be on it. Probs three days to fix and about three hours work. Shame you're in melb and I am in qld cause I think...... It could be done. It might be a little heavier one end when your done but it depends how loaded you are. They aren't cheap so get in to it what have you got to loose.
If you try it this last bit is the MOST important bit "go to a real Fibreglass shop" get real epoxy resin and ask for thickener its like the finest light dust you could imagine. Then ask them for advice on mixing it. Wear gloves and safety glasses. Preferably a good dust mask cause
The thickner is bad for you if you breath it is microscopic slivers of glass, that's why it works to thicken Fibreglass.

Hopefully an aussie retailer will start stocking them. Otherwise i may just get a similar board. I've been thinking about the landy switchblade.

Ive got an offer of 50...but i dont want to sell it. Unless someone was offering something crazy like 130. I'm thinking about turning it into a clock....a 250 dollar clock.
