hmmm. strange question. bit ambiguous haha. probably one of the topmounts that everyone has seemingly started to ride. pretty comfy foot placement on those however it takes more skill as they won't be as stable and will be a little bit harder to slide out.. e.g. avenger, sector 9 lacey, comet voodoo doll. however in saying this i race on a nemesis and love it haha. any way hope this helped I'm sure someone on asra reading this will think I'm wrong.

p.s i assumed that you are fairly new to the sport so please correct me if I am wrong

Comfiest?

That's a very open question, how'd you mean? Comfy for foot placement/support? Comfy for soaking up bumps?

yer im new to DH, im actually going to start off with an evo as my friend had a board similar to it and i found that the foot placement was very stable and locked in, i just posted this to see what people liked with their boards so i can get a better idea at what board i will be looking at :D
yer as foot placement

the only way to work this out is for you to try out different boards, by standing on them to decided which feels most comfortable for YOU.

Comfortability is all personal preference, for example, some people feel more comfortable on an isis, while those with massive feet or larger stances might prefer a killswitch.

a buttboard for sure! you can lay on it and have a nap while you're waiting on the startline even. Haha!
however i must recommend that you do not get an evo
haha sounds good

Haha nice Nic,

Yeah man get to some local sessions and events, that's how I did it. Everyone's very nice and willing to let you test their board (just don't hurt it hahaha).

Otherwise just go into a skateshop, learn what concave is and how it varies in different boards, then just make an educated guess.

Good luck!

why is that Chad?

as far as being comfortable going down a big hill goes for a beginer, i would have to say the evo is the most comfiest board...

not saying i would reccomend getting one because i dont ride them and have much more fun riding a real board like a Sector9, but if you want something to start on that feels solid as hell and just wanna go bombin, get the evo, then work your way up to something else later...

you'd be supprised how many pro riders started riding on an evo, or rode one at one stage... it was my first race board too

by the way, this thread will soon fill up with pages and pages of people's thought and opinions. these will all consist of those people's personal opinion and will be bias to what they like. people will start to tell you "get this board" or "get that board" and then start arguing amongst themselves about which one is better, thats just the way kids on the net work. so dont get yourself confused and divided between which board to get, but instead just go get a board and figure it out... dont waste time watching retards arguing over the internet :)
