lol bro any bearings spin pretty good in longboard wheels cuz they are so heavy next to street wheels......ebay sell some half decent abec 7s that last long enough for 13 bucks i think if u got paypal

Billy - reds are fine because they are maintainable. You can pop the shields off and clean them every 20-30hrs of skating.
Look up more on maintaining bearings in other threads. Use sewing machine oil to lubricate them - cheap and good.

But normally please consider supporting the skate shops that support longboarders - see them listed on the right.

When you're ready to upgrade from reds, I like Biltins bearings alot. Great design and easily maintainable.
Rock 'n' Rons, as recommended by Sean are apparently great too
