deciding on a board
its coming to my borthday soon and my parents said they would buy me a new board
im still deciding on what to get
choices are a dervish, 9 to 5, glyde praxis or maybe a rayne(not sure what on yet)

oi mate you should definently get a board that you want, becasue your riding it and no one else, if we pick a board you dont like, your gonna pick the board you like anyway.
go to a shop or hang with a crew,ride their boards and amen! pick one

what do you want to do with it? The dervish is very different to the other two you mentioned. The style of riding you want to do would influence the answer greatly.

but downhill has always been a thing i love doing but not as muchs as slides?

The 9two5 or Glyde would probably be more versatile if you plan to do a bit of faster stuff.
But the dervish would probably be more fun when there are no big hills.
What about a Vendetta? it's sort of in between a dervish and a hellcat...
