city to surf 29th aug..

hey, so whats the deal with city to surf as a longboarder do u need to register? do u register for the walk or run.. or do you just 'sneak in' somehow... (preferably free! hehe)

Chevron Marathon 42.2km 6.30am
Westpac Half Marathon 21.1km 9.00am
Channel Nine 12km Run 12km 9.30am
Appealathon 12km Walk 12km 9.30am
Westpac 11km Wheelchair 11km 9.32am
Nissan 4km Walk/Run 4km 8.30am

so you are saying we should arrive at 5.30am!! you are a crazy loco man!

I think we could get away with joining in at 10am kings park, will be slightly before or after the main pack

only 10 days to go!!!

I was thinkin it'd start around 6am... but anyway... Connor said he is organising this..?

I think it'd be best to start 30mins after the marathon (7am-ish) or after the last event (10am-ish) just depends on when they re-open the roads aye.

If Connor's not going to post anything then we'll talk about it further on Sunday's meet and Tuesday's meet and then post up the best conclusion of a plan we come up with by mid-week the latest so peeps know in advance what the go is.

well.. that marathon is not the main one i dont think, i think the main ones start at 9.30pm

i could do 10am start from kings park, but not the earlier times.. yikes!
