What do people do for sun protection while wearing a helmet?

Ive looked at cutting the rim off some of my straw hats and attaching it to my helmet, but that hasn't worked at all (and you cant see much when in a tuck).

Any ideas?

if you have an awesome tuck and a big hill you'll go faster than the speed of light and won't get burnt
This may seem like a dumb answer, but I just use sun screen.
I remember benbro had a hell little sunhat on his lid that he made from a straw fishing hat. It was only wide enough to just shade his face and didnt flap around or slow ya down.
lol demon. :D

sunblock bro
You could wear a hat under your half shell.
sunscreen. Indirect summer sunlight will still damage your poor little skin cells...
My Bern helmet has a baseball cap style brim on the front which helps a bit. You can get a winter lining for them too ( (a bit overkill for Sydney).Hop shop had them for a while but seem to only have protec now.

what color do you prefer ?
HAH!

i don't know about you guys, but sun protection is the last thing on my mind when i'm flying down a hill at 70+.
Ditto, but later on that night I realize, dam, I let myself get sunburn!

I am however thinking something similar in straw :)

why would you bother making a hat for your helmet when you could just use sunscreen and it wouldnt get in the way and probably do a better job.
