man if your happy to spend $240 to $300 then you could probably get a deck and trucks brand new for about 300

Yes, that would be just for the deck.
it has scratches, but it all cosmetic.

if you want a dropped deck you can get a sector 9 bullet with chargers and raceforms (good components for freeriding) for 330 brand new and shipped
