GoPro Help

Hi. Does anyone here have any connection to GoPro? I've got a gopro cam that doesn't record anymore. The camera turns on and all the button are working but it won't start recording. I'm trying to get in contact with their customer support but they don't seem to reply emails. I've already sent them 3, so if there's anyone here who's sponsored by them or knows how to get in contact with someone that can help me, please let me know. Cheers.

Fendy, Try some local shops that stock the products. I got mine from photo continental in brisbane and they knew a lot about the go pro. Definitely worth a try.

Cheers, I'll give that a shot. I just wanted to get in contact with gopro before my warranty expires.

How long is the warranty?

Fendy,

did you buy it locally? If so, go back to where you bought it. If you bought it from overseas, the warrantee won't be honoured here, you'll be expected to send it back to the country it was bought from. This is standard for most countries.

Still got another 2 months. They're not replying me at all which is frustrating and I can't find a contact number anywhere on their website.

i got it straight from GoPro. I know i'll have to send it to them in the states.

yeah mine is on the fritz as of this weekend
have sent them an email,
there spam filter must include broken go pro....

what type of card you using dude? your average SD card won't do the trick if its the HD GoPro.

It's not an hd gopro and i've been using this one for 9 months.
