why would u replace it with an evo, u have such a sweet board there. When i bought my evo i liked it at first then i went back to using my old setup which is a nemi

i have riden an evo and a helcat.
personally i like the helcat more.
even tho the helcat is more of a freeride board.
i find that the evo is VERY stiff and the shape looks gay!
but if u want an evo, im sure ull enjoy it.

Olly,

good choice of board. The Evo is possibly THE BEST dh board ever. It has always been my first go to board on a new hill or run and have a look at how many IGSA races and World Championships have been won on one. It would have been the most used board at Newtons last year too.

i always wondered y people were hating the evo but its one 2008 and 2009 igssa danger bay etc

how is stiffness a bad thing? its a freaking downhill deck, stiffness is one of the main advantages a downhill deck has over a cruiser for dh lol

i like to have a bit of give.
i dont like 100% stiff becoz i feel like the turning is messed!
its all personal preferance bro.

alex isnt actually allowed to longboard except on the river ffront and on his street he just got a new board after christmas
