Where did u get the pieces of ply from, is it birch? cause my next project im using the exact same method, just having trouble tracking down the wood. Did u use PVA wood glue? i heard that works best, and how many ply did u end up using? looks like u done a good job of it, i don't think i wuld have that many clamps

its extremely high density foam
got it out near liverpool!!!
but hed have more of an idea!!

What you need is extruded polystyrene. Make sure it is extruded not your normal type of polystyrene. It is used for insulation. You might be able to find it at your local hardware. Bunnings does not have it. Otherwise do a google search for extruded polystrene. I got mine from a company called isoboard. Good luck

i used epoxy for my first long board, it works great, as a finish and base, i recommend fibreglass as well, adds alot of strengh to it all

the board of my 'baby' haha, jack is graphing it now so i'll put picks up when that is done aswell

Nice shape! You might have a few problems with that dropthrough cutout. Mainly the thickness of the neck. I would try and keep the width above 100mm for drop throughs. Press worked well too, sweet.

Adam ghetto press is just using anything to get the board pressed. A Dimm press is really just another name for a male/female foam mold press. Dimm is a guy on silverfish who did a video tutorial on making presses like this and the name stuck
