is the frame just flipped upside down and the fork supports re welded on to provide a raked front? thats a crazy looking contraption man, what speeds do you take that up to?
Thanx for the views guys.Bike has hydro fronts and mech rear to aid in the setup for the floating caliper setup as there was a fair bit of machining to get it right .With the current setup you can stop from 100kph in around 25m this thing stops faster than a moto or car could and should be even better when the rear is hydroed up.Top speed in tassy earlier in year was 118;6 kph unfaired but we pull 90 to 105 everyweekend on the little hills in adelaide .I run a national downhill mtb team and take my gbike almost everywhere eg Mt Buller Thredbo Stromlo etc etc.I could tell some stories like when i ran out of brakes goin down to gee-hi but i will save these for the campfire yarn spinning contest at bathurst .See you all there
I built one which I thought was pimp and sold it to grits up in townsville after I crashed hard and shit my pants,
but dude, thats the the coolest thing I've ever seen on 2 wheels!
Top job. I take it testicular discomfort isn't a problem with a seat like that when you have balls of steel pulling 118km/h.
I rolled doing 85km/h at bongbong and that was enough for me.
Maybe read the igsa rules under stock/naked bike rules.3/4 fairings are the go but not allowed at np09 which is a shame as some guys spent plenty on gettin that dept right but rules r rules im gunna bring some aero and see the tech marshal and see if its legal can only try Bugs no pedals bro powered by 1 newton / 000kw lol
