SHUT UP! 7 hours that is a true mission!! in my life 7 hours of time away from work would mean 15 -20 minutes to myself after I have managed to get the kids to exhaustion (going to the shops tied behind the car, riding with me down hills and forcing them to run to the top etc)
Without the family in the equation? hmm 7 hours that used to equate to 21+ beers or 2 bottles of wine and a bottle of Wild Turkey a Kentucky bucket and then passing out (sometimes), in the UK 12 beers 4 bottles of wine shorts on the ferry to France gutfull of french beer (no recollection of how those days ended)
Head down and concentrating on a FANTASTIC griptape job, or drop it into someone with a broken ankle and pay them a lot of money and then......return to top
