yeah im completely regular footbraker now, started probs half a yea ago, and was pretty comfortable with it after about 2 or 3 months of continually braking with my other foot. Bit sketchy at first but overall its much more stable and easier.
32 years I have been pushing with my front foot. That is how it was done back then, everyone was doing it. My parents even tried it once or twice. We encouraged others to get into it. We did not know it was bad for you. I even got my daughter into it.
I am addicted to it and now. People tell me that small amounts of Mongo is OK but if you want to go fast you have to completely kick the habit.
Well I cannot, it is too hard. I have gone cold turkey and tried pushing the so-called proper way. I get unbalanced, break into cold sweats, and generally feel lousy. I always fall off the wagon.
I am currently in a program where I can get my fix of speed and not have to worry about the ill effects of Mongo. Streetluge
Henry is in one of the other reputable rehabilitation programs. It comes out of some Brazilian rehab centre.
