they got in 8 sheets of birch i thought it was veneer and it turns out its ply so there 2 thin as sheets long grain and 1 cross grain..im not sure wether to send it back or to keep it and give it a go..my mould has w in it and i want it to be rigid...its going to be held together with titebond3 ultra strength woodglue and fiberglass on the bottom.

it mould to the concave nicely when pressing down on 1 sheet and looks good but im not sure wether it wont be rigid enough.. PLEASE REPLY IF YOU THINK YOU KNOW WHAT TO DO :)

Hmm yeah I was wondering where you managed to get 1.2mm bb veneer.

Anyway. give it a go it will be fine. actually it will be great. just lay all the plys with the grain, no need for cross plys. 13mm is plenty esp with so many layers

get to it.........

yeh i know..im just gunna give it a go...thanks for all the advice..worst comes to worse ill have to save up and try some veneer.. :) so stoked
it feels like it would be rigid as

just do it

i recon itll work
