DO they have a stretch panel at the back? if not just unzip it abit.

if the stretch panels are the black stripe/line things then yeah
they are ribbed looking? Mine are silver so i cant comment on the colour but they can be any colour.
yeah im pretty sure where talkin about the same thing
leathers will strech out a bit. my njks were super tight when i got them, but after some use, sweating in them etc they loosened up quite a bit.
ok thanks

If you get the leather nice and warm ie get them out in the sun, or under the IXL Tastic in the bathroom if you have one, (IXL that is )  and once nice and warm get to rubbing in some Jay-el or Gee-Why leather dressing which will soften it up nicely  slip them on and while you might feel a bit of a goose drop into a tuck under the ray lamp or mid day sun for a little while, min of at least 10 minutes and do this once a day for at least a week, you'll find the leather will start to yield to you shape in the tuck.

Can and how can I get leathers to shrink

Bit hard to get them to shrink uniformly Ian but there are some chemicals around that will do this, some dry cleaniung solvents will but it's hit and miss resulting in lumpy un-even results.

If needs be I go see a Boot maker or saddler and see if they can sew in a tuck or move a seam to make the fit tighter.

thanks bro
