dude just play with it it wont really matter if u scratch the hanger..
its not the hanger im worried about but the king pin cause the hanger takes the thread off the pin so the nut cant b done up
im prety sure i had the same problem...
but i just took it to ROBBOTECH at the hop shop and he fixed it up!
i have those trucks but they dont scrap that hard.. but that surly isnt health just fiddle with it.. try pusing the hanger back into the socket thing whilst pulling it off the kikngpin.
yeah mine does the same, you have to try and push the hanger down into the pivot cup as well as you can before you angle them off
i thought the obvious solution would b 2 take the kingpin out b4 the hanger but its stuck and i dont whant 2 bend it with a hammer.
its all good man just smash it around, they are built solid and can take a scratch here and there... think about it, do you really need to use the thread on that part of the kingpin? if you need to do your nut up all that way then you wouldnt be able to put your trucks together!
skate gear is designed to get smashed around dude, dont be afraid to make it look used and abused!
yeah i might give it a go c if it turns out good
The best way to learn shit is to break it and see whats inside. Get all nitty gritty.
If it's so delicate that you can't get rough there's no way it's gonna stand up to the punishment you should be dealin out while skating.
slam it down, i have had the same problem but all it needed was some elbow grease
wel i got the hanger off yesterday just misses the thread now i just have to pull the hanger out of it socket hole and it comes off well enough and putting it back on i have to push really hard on the hanger so it slots ovever the king pin i think the problem in the first place was that the hole where the pin goes through the hanger was a dodgy (cast trucks sometimes hav flaws) and was a bit too small but the firsrt time i took it on and off must hav grinded the bad bit off.
Problem solved =D
