It was stolen from inside the civic centre, in target. it was sitting inside the window where you put your bags. my mates saw the guy who took it, a white guy, average height but couldn't do anything coz there were a few of them.

I will keep my Eyes peeled bro, this is why you never leave your gear laying around, you don't have to leave your board or bag at the entrance to any store unless someone is there to watch it or give you a tag to collect it.
