I think there are about 8 in the shop, but they are mine, all mine mwahaaaaaaa Oops, sorry get a bit maniacal about them. Alex (Wefunk) and I are mates and I have a bit of a collection of his boards. In fact Clayski and I both have more Wefunks than anyone else anywhere (including Alex) we even have the only 2 of those Magbones you see in the pic. I don't have many vices, but Wefunks are probably the best one I have. I am trying to convice Alex to build me a sled, I'd love to come to Newtons 2010 on a Wefunk Luge!!!!!!!

Do you ride them cause i cant see a scratch on any of them. I suppose if u own a board of that calibre u wouldnt want it to get scratched

I rode one of the Magbones down the street when I was at Beat The bastard last year, just about the only chance you will get to stand on one

Yea, I'm not quite as precious about my boards as some.
Some of those boards are ridden, some are collector pieces like the Proto Speedbone and the 1st and last Speedbone, also the absolute last board Alex built before he went to Toyota F1, but most are ridden when I go out. I have been known to throw a set of Talons under a Speedbone and pump it along the Strand for a night. I love the way these decks respond under my feet, they are almost a living breathing entity.

Hey Ado, have you taken a set of Luv Yo Mutha's out yet? I'm wondering what they're like, slow/fast, grippy/slippy, choppy/smooth, if possible could you share some wisdom?

I won't be riding for a few weeks as a slow crash last week has left me with a damage rotator cuff in my shoulder (;-(>
Grits grabbed a set of these beauties and will run them this week if it stays fine, we will see. I'll keep you guys posted.

on the topic of wefunk, i saw on the fish he is going to have boards out in 2010, any truth to this ado? can you help us obtain them when they become available

So far as I know he will be building again as soon as he has access to a workshop, etc. I'll drop him a line and see where he is at.

well there is one photo of a board he has built on the fish and he has apparently been playing with -20degs carbon fibre, alot of crazy tech talk going on in the thread
