ASRA - Australian Skateboard Racing Association

heyy, i am new to this site
so i thought i'd give it a try asking about a board..
i have been pretty keen on the rayne hustler 2010. but after reading some posts on othe rwebsites they said that they dont recommend it because it cracks quite easily..
i weigh about 65kg and am new to longboarding so i wont be doing any grabs or anythingg.. just slides etc.
would anyone be able to help me out with the pros/cons of the hustler before i buy it

cheers

it wont crack man, i'm 90kgs, holds up doing slides of anytype
well thats goood as.
hows the board in general thoughh?
generally its like any other free ride board.
farkin awesom
pretty flexy board i would consider maybe the vandetta or hell cat if you like rayne. :)
haaha is that because they are just better then the hustler in general or becausee they are just nicer boards?
if you have a hustlerr would you be able to tell me how durablee it is?
just becausee i know some people say they way 90-95kg and i doesnt crack and others say they way 60-70kg and it cracks the first couple of months (:
hey i had a 2009 model, i only way 45 kgs but i found i smashed the front and after that i had to be very careful because if you didnt patch it up then the cracks would get worse, but on the 2010 model i rode last week the flex is much stiffer so it may not crack as easily, just avoid cracks inbetween the wheel base because my friend had a crack there and it split in half. otherwise its a sweet board!

well i have a friend that has one i ride sometimes i way 60ish and its flexy enough for me to carve side ways so i would say 50 to 85ish and the vendetta is a better deck but it depends on what setup you are looking at and i highly doubt they will crack :)

the hustler is pretty durable board and im 60 and my friend is about that he was danceing bang straight into a gutter nothing happened they wont crack easy at all i say get it i have a vendetta i like it abit better because of the stiffness and concave so that is something for you to consider if you want to

ive been riding the 2010 hustler a lot lately, its really light and manoeuvrable. it has some flex so it doesn't help for downhilling unless you want to get wobbles while going 30,. its extremely easy for sliding on though, my mate im borrowing it from taught me how to coleman, standie and 180 in about an hour. it doesnt have much concave but the flex makes up for it, i weigh about 60kilos and it is has nice flex for cruising/sliding around on, wouldn't recommend this board if your going to be doing downhill though, its gonna wobble like a bitch.
