old bearings that i can't get out of my old wheels

hey i've got these old sliding wheels (green) half used and i thought i'd finish 'em off but the old ABEC 3 bearings are stuck in them.
anybody know how to rip the bearings out? i've got ABEC 7 in the blue wheels so i can break 'em to get them out
or do i just forget about the wheels?
or do i have to ride the (green) wheels with the ABEC 3's still on?

get an 8mm something like you would for gettin the bearings out normaly and bash the farker

couldnt you just pry them out with a screw driver
