Ebay! I managed to get second hand 2 piece leathers for $70. It's kinda tedious to keep searching and watching for them but eventually a good deal comes your way
I noticed a company in Melbourne who had new two peice, waist zipped leathers, as well as one peice. Ebay...Cars,Bikes, Boats, and punched in "one peice leathers" and they came up. The price this particular day was $250 with only a day to go. What they ended up at I'm not sure, but I have seen new leathers be auctioned by these guys for $400.00 final sale price.
See how you go. BTW, the leathers were lined as well.
yeah i was thinking ebay but just dont want to get screwed up with sizes.
got a killer deal on one peice race leathers from black rose leathers in melbourne , told him what i wanted them for gave me some from last years range $250 !!
rrp $1000+ said he had more but only some sizes give him your measurements !!
phone him on # 03 96468006
$95 leathers free shipping?

check out cash converters online for the nearest stores to you , and ring em all , usually they are over priced , but if ya luckyy youll find a bargain , i got mine for 140$ , and spent another 120$ getting them extended (arms and legs were a bit short) from a local tailor that does leather work , sydney must have tonnes of stores there, im on the goldy and only rang 4 b4 i got lucky , i just hope the leathers havent been worn by another dh'er runnnin from the cops on a downhill session hahaha !!

Any final suggestions for a place in Sydney? I'm kinda tall (194cm), so not too keen to buy off eBay without trying on first despite some recent bargains I've noticed there ,)
Hadn't thought about Cash Converters, so will check them out today...
Anything else to look out for? Does anyone skate with Leathers with Spinal Support or is that a bit physically limiting?
Cheers
a lot of people use spinal support including a lot of guys on the IGSA
Just thought I'd update this thread with some info after visiting 20+ major motor sport retailers in Sydney...
Firstly check out Cash Converters as suggested above - I phoned and was given some dodgy/ incorrect info, so go there yourself if practical. I went to all except Blacktown and found Liverpool to be the best. They are next door to MCA (Motor Cycle Accessories) - pretty much the largest place for this sort of stuff in Sydney. If you are a size small you should be able to pick up new one piece stuff pretty cheap from these guys as they had a few, or do as I did go next door (Cash Converters) for a fairly decent second hand range in all sizes. They say they go through/ turnover a lot of gear here as well.
MCA have a second larger store at Auburn on Parramatta Road (near the Speed Camera)
I'm so stoked with my find I had to post it here ,)
A 2 piece Joe Rocket set that zip together for 270 cash.

Also keep in mind that different Brands that are the same "size" may have a different fit - so try on as many different brands as possible for future reference - so you can purchase with some confidence of ebay (or here ,)
For example, An Alpine 1 piece I saw today for 2000 went for 450 on ebay a few days ago (used), so if you know your size, it's probably the best place to buy.
Cheers
Nice find, and good info there!
Yeah great buy. The expansion joints all look the goods, long in the arms and the sack area
