To expensive for me. Dont believe that they would make much difference.
They wouldn't be any quicker than regular ceramic with steel races but they'd stay fast longer until they got dirty. Clean em out and they'd be new again.
The steel parts wear out on regular ceramics but all you need is to buy abec 7 steel bearings and swap the cermic balls into em. Whalla! New ceramics.

If you ever want your wheels to leave the ground like ollies or gutter hopping, you're having yourself on buying ceramic. Any impact load rapidly deteriates them back to abec1 quality.
Keep your ceramics for competition racing.
Not worth it !! Full ceramic bearing are made for high temperature machinery internals , they are no faster than a good quality ceramic . As fitz sayed !!

im rolling on bones swiss ceramics at the mom man and there awesome, smooth as and quick. Also there easy to disasemble to clean and easy to put back together... they cost me $120 when i ordered my board and setup from bustin boards in the states...
although they are steal cased.. sorry
bellow say 90km/h, is there actually any difference between fairly decent bearings (say bones reds) and ceramics
bearing thought for all... or Fitz, Hi Fitz, you seem to be the teck guru... all hail....a stupid question i have that you may have tried or thought about... is coreing out a solid wheel to allow four bearings- 2 each side... ?
would that share the load x two? and = less friction/resistance/wheel spinny force thing

just a thought id had, not sure why tho as usually at around 15km/ph i stack and cartwheel into a fence, carpark wall or something harder than me.

double gravity = more speed:)
no more drinks 4 me
no sk8 2day
