there are quite a few discussions about this topic but i personally like venom barrels green bottom red top or reflex barrels

And just how long is a piece of string?!?

I sometimes like a khiro venom mix and sometimes for another deck I use the reflex barrels.

You need to try em out for yourself. I am quite heavy so I usually go for the hardest duro's, they work best for me

As ado says knowing the truck is important, not all bushings work best in all trucks

back - green radikal 90a boardside, JimZ 85a black top roadside. Front - all JimZ white82.5a. You can also just run with JimZ all-round black at the back white at the front. I just personally prefer a slightly harder main back bushing than the JimZ (side note: they don't make green radikals anymore).

back - Green93a/Red90a venom barrel. Front - red90a/yellow85a venom barrel. Given the way venoms perform you could also just run with green all round.

Ado can tell you more about the reflex bushings I'm sure there is a combo in reflex that would work awesome.

The main thing to consider is you want lots of barrel or stepped thane at both ends and in both bushings. A bit harder at the back, a bit softer at the front and if possible you should do one duro softer on roadside if you get my drift.
