ASRA - Australian Skateboard Racing Association

Hi. I am a newb to longboarding. Been using a homebuilt made from an old snowboard and want to get a proper deck. I weigh 110 kgs. Any recommendations for a good, stiff, strong board around 40-42 inches long for freeride and carving? Thanks

Whatever you get, put big wheels on it, 74mm up, so it goes fast without too much effort.

I suggest get one of the builders on here,

Daddow,Steve,Adam,Pete,Dave

to make you up something that'll take the weight.

I've got a Dilligaf with 2(i think) extra plies.

Thanks. How do I find these guys?

Stephen, Daddow boards

Steve, Fat Pidgeon,

Adam ,Skatement,

Pete, Glyde,

Dave, FSU,

either search thru people or just search top rght hand corner, shoould find their forums.

Or look under the forum tab - home grown gear.

Thanks guys. Good quality Aussie made options. Excellent

Yea go for adam his boards are rad!

Daddow bro i know he has already made a few for the larger gent. and they are sic boards built by an aussie ledgend.

Daddow not only makes them for the larger guys, he made a mini Platypus for my 4yr old! HIGHLY recommend him. I'm sure the others are great too..

Thanks guys. Steve is sorting me out.
