I Have Heard There Are 2 Main Ways For The Overall Shape For The Full Face Custom Shield.

1. Being The Solid Shield That Is The Shape Of The Face Opening And Is Fastened To The Helmet
2. Is The Face Shield That Can Be Lifted Like A Normal Motorbike Helmet.

Im Looking At Doing The Opening Shield As In he Day I Like To Ware Sunglasses, But I Was Wanting To Know Of Any Handy Little Tips By Experience i.e. Tinting, Little Vents ect.

how did you bend the poly into shape ?

Here is a bell helmet with a flip polycarb visor it looks pretty good.
thin polycarbonate is extremely flexible
You could also heat it with a torch to give it a more permanent shape
Yeah i used the wife hair dryer on the poly using the slow fan speed i will put pics up of the finished product of mine

followed the instructions on here and silverfish and it worked out easier than i expected, plus my first cut out worked so i have enough polycarb left to make more if it gets scratched up. thanks for the advice
tim, what is that silver helmet? looks rad
how do you keep the visor from fogging my mates one always does
get some shaving cream and wipe it on the inside of the visor, then wipe with a clean paper towel. problem solved (not permanently though)
anyone got a visor plan for a fox rampage?

cheers
