Kill the board.
The two that i have are AMAZINGLY strong. My new one has fallen down cliffs and run into trees at the bottom of a big hill.
Mine hold up well, plus i prefer my board suffering than me.
my mate kicked his board back when he came off in front of this little coping, and he smashed his forearm, like his bone was poking up, almost through his skin...
Compared to medical bills for more gnarly injuries, cost of a new board is chickenfeed....
Invest in a noseguard, dude.
I agree with this statement, if its enough to wreck my board then its enough to wreck you. I guess this time i was extremely lucky to get out with afew cuts, grazes and bruises but it could have been a broken rib if it went worse.. But im sure if i hit the kerb my knees would have slid along the walkway and came out worse then what i have now.if there was a situation in which my board could actually get f***ed up, i definitely would not want to put my body on the line
