ASRA - Australian Skateboard Racing Association

After looking over the analytics of the ASRA site I thought I might share a few interesting stats with you

Traffic Sources (keyword)
The two that stick out in a month by month comparison (May 9 to June 7 - Jun 8 to July 7) are the words "Glyde Skateboards" and "Kooky Skate Trucks". last month 3 people typed 'Glyde Skateboards' into google and went into ASRA to find more info, in the month to date 280 people typed 'Glyde Skateboards' into google and went direct to ASRA to find more info for an increase of 9,233%. With the words "Kooky Skate Trucks" the figures were 4 and 192 for a 4,700% increase.

Its great to see this increase in traffic and interest for locally made stuff. It shows that these local products are starting to make an impact one the scene. These keyword searches are not from people that know ASRA else they would have typed in ASRA and looked for kooky and glyde, they are from new punters. This both helps ASRA and helps these local manufacturers by ASRA's high google ranking and the amount of times our members type these words and upload pics and videos of these products.

Congratulations to these guys for getting off their arses and producing some awesome product. And I am proud that the asra site helps in a small way to bring this stuff to the world.

wow. cheers Robbo. very interesting indeed.
thats rather sweet!
Glyde as a google keyword search that came to ASRA has moved to 690 this month from 280 in July. I assume the Euro tour gave it a bit of a bump.
I was pointed in the direction of a glyde, I tapped it into google, found this place, signed up as a member, now I have a glyde!
i really appreciate the way we have been able to use asra as a vehicle to get glyde moving, at present i am knocking back sales from around the world on a daily basis, even when i get wood i am at a loss as to how i will keep up with demand, of those 690 searches if 3-5% are a sale i might quit my day job, thanks asra.

Might be time to make molds of your molds?
