I have intel about a very new estate in Northern Brisbane.
Reports say there are three different runs on this butter smooth hot mix (which was only poured a couple days ago).
Max speeds are estimated to be close to 100km/h, with the runs being about a kilometre long and having 110degree cambered corners.
Though on the longest and what is expected, best run, there are spots left where they haven't left hotmix (just basic road), and quite possibly is the outline of incoming speed bumps.

We must session it before these speed bumps rise.
Anyone else good for it this Sunday?
