Event Description

Its time for the 3rd K-Valley outlaw showdown!

This is a fun little track with high speed sweepers and a tight hairpin corner tucked away in the beautiful Kangaroo Valley.

Minimum safety requirements are Helmet and Gloves. Full faces and leathers are recommended but not mandatory. If you value your skin i would say wear leather, but if you don't have any don't worry, you can still race as long as you got a lid.

There is a campground at the bottom of the hill so there will be free-riding of the local hills on the saturday followed by camping and racing on sunday.

Entry fee will be around $25, if you wish to contribute more to help pay for petrol for shuttle drivers that would be epic.

There will now be a 32-man heat tree, so if you did not get your name on the riders list it wouldnt hurt to show up, because you will probably still get to race.

There will be cash prizes and also give-aways thanks to Sector 9 and Orangatang. If anyone else would like to get involved as an event sponsor please contact me and we can get some banners organized.

We need helpers! Anyone who wants to help with marshaling, start/finish lines, shuttling, radios and just general radness contact me ASAP.

I would like this event to be documented and filmed, so if there are any cinematographers out there who know their stuff and would like to help film please contact me. I have camera equipment and will be able to swing some dollar but only if your serious and can prove your camera skills.

If you did not get that message then you have not selected that you are attending. However if you did not select 'attending' on the right and your name is on the riders list and did not get that message and do not know whats going on, just hit me up and i'll sort you out.

For those who are helping out, your a legend. We will be having a riders meeting at 8.00am on sunday morning and will organise heats and get the day started. If those who are helping out can please be there by then so i can brief you all in whats happening and what you will be doing that would be great.

i cant come down but Joshe will be...so I am sending our 15 yr old grommy on the big bird to Sydney on Friday avo . can anyone put their hand up and drive him to the event , hes got a tent and sleeping bag and we'll give you petrol money...but I got to be sure he's in safe hands or his mum will castrate me (and i need all the balls I got left....) . had plenty of offers to help but need to firm it up so I can book flights etc
