Event Description

Hemley Skateboarding, the Melburn longboard crew and Loaded proudly present SUNDAY ARVO CITY BOMBS!

The opening event will be held at Hemley and the Carlton Gardens on the 11th of April (Sunday) with prizes, races, BBQ and drinks. With a monthly event starting at Hemley and venturing out to city carpark and all of the best gardens and spots Melbourne has to offer. Should be an awesome day! Feel free to join the rest of the regular crew later at night for some carpark skating.

To coincide with the event, Hemley is now offering to match any price on any longboard retailer in the country and don't forget we can order any product that makes it's way to Australia! So you can stop putting your trust in websites and come on down to a real shop where you can check the product out in the flesh, get some advice and know that any product will arrive home safely!

If you have any questions contact Hemley Skateboards (0394193121) or Ching (0431156163)

Melton Ditch Clash......but two events in one day is do-able.
We are looking at going to Melton pre Lunch, and there should be some cars heading to the city before 3.
Meet at Newport Skatepark at 10 on Sunday morning, convoy leaves at 11am.
Skate park is short roll from Newport Railway Station, but space in cars will be very limited, so you must make travel arrangements before you get there.
Don't expect to show up and get a free ride.
Melton is about 45minutes from Carlton.
Ok, so you might be fashionably late.....but you are guaranteed to have a massive excuse!

guys, this is a very casual event. it is not a serious competition or anything. we haven't finalized how we'll be going about distributing the prizes might be random draws, just a quick race around the gardens or both. maybe we'll even do a best trick thing.

but really the main aim of this is to get people out and skating, coming to our regular sessions. carlton gardens is nothing too intense just come out and have a good time.
