benbro - there will be floor space.
better yet, i live next to a huge field and have a big yard. bring your swag and just roll it out anywhere or tent or whatever. last party peeps rolled up and slept in camper vans and such. although my aunty is hardcore and slept in the front seat of her car, haha
so if you are into camping you can totally do that here.
come early in arvo if weather is nice and you feel like a swim, i'm just a 10 min walk from the beach.
should be a good time yo!
