Thanks Matti that is great news, but it is the Sydney Crew that have me stumped. What is the problem?

I've been looking at the riders list and there seems to be a real lack of registrations from the standup community. There are very few Sydney riders, even though it is practically in your back yard, and the Goldy crew aren't too well represented either.

This is the first legit event for the year, the local community is really behind it and if there was ever going to be a downhill park/playground setup with government approval this is the sort of place it is liable to happen as these ski resorts are screaming for interest in the summer (look how many have DH Mountainbike courses set up). If this race isn't supported then what chance do you think there is of something bigger and better coming of it? Come on folks, look at the big picture and get this thing really pumping, get the community amped and lets see BTS on the Snowy Mountains event map!!!!!!!!

A question has been asked, by some riders, regarding the "zip" which joins the jacket and pants of a two(2) peice leather suit, i.e. how long must the zip be around the waist?

The zip must join 90% of the jacket to pants, by that I mean the zip needs to go 90% around your waist. The reason for this is so that in the case of a rider coming off his board, no part of the jacket can ride up and expose any part of the lower back and stomuch area to possible injury. As an alternative, IF you choose to do this, you can get your jacket professionally stitched to your pants turning your two(2) peice into a one(1) peice.

We wish to set the highest standard possible with regards to safety for the riders, so everyone can thoroughly enjoy the weekend.

Lance, if you pm RiffRaff he will co-ordinate with you to arrange a pickup. I think DaveM also said he would take crew down on the Friday.
