Sydney downhill does not exist. No one skates down mountain roads. Everyone here sticks to the suburbs and local bombs. There are no good downhill runs in sydney. Everything is flat.

Please do not ask where to go skateboarding, because we dont know. We dont actually skate in sydney, we all ride scooters...

galston gorge should only be skated when the road is closed for maintenance,etc....way to narrow and dangerous..,the up hill traffic needs both lanes to get around the cnrs,.so keep your eye out for closure dates,it happens occassionally.

I've been looking at bobbin head rd on google earth, looks epic. how fast or how good do you need to be to skate it?

Go there, drive down it and judge for yourself. If you can't judge it, then you definitely shouldn't be doing it.

okay, thanks

Are there any videos?

Which side are you thinking of going down? left or right side, i went down the right side and it was really bumpy

either one. any footage?

theres no footage. if you want to check it out i suggest driving down it first. that way you can judge it for yourself.

footage will never give you an accurate idea of how steep/rough roads really are!

We can say it a 3rd time if it'll help, but are you starting to pick up a theme here maybe?....

So true and the one video I have seen with Bobbin Head footage makes it look flat, just like the roads in every other skate video.

Hi Guys, Myself and three others (All 30+) will be coming down from Perth to Sydney for Bathurst.  We will be arriving on Tuesday the 24th of April.  I was wondering if there was a bus or similar that we can get onto that goes out to bathurst and perhaps a tour of the various hills on the way?
If someone can PM me and help me out, that would be appreciated.
Thanks.
