at noosa bunning you can get 15-25 or something for like $3 dollars... im pretty sure

Roofing & Cladding neoprene seals, i find work best, made pretty hard rubber so it will act like a washer, but still allow for some cushioning and flex. they are made too put under bolts on your roof, so you know they will last and hold up for a long time. $3 for 100.
