Does anybody know how the original s8's go compared to randals? Are they any good? Can i get them anywhere in Australia? Does anyone have second ones?

Hey, i got secondhands im willing to sell (in good condition, just some scratches on the hanger), originals are designed to be extremely carvy, and turn on a dime. i love them but i have to let them go because i bought a new deck without actually having the money for it :)

i'll let it go for $55+postage, and i'll toss in replacements cams, and springs. pick up welcomed if youre in melbourne.
i've never ridden them, but apparently they feel completely different to any other carving truck. there's people that seem to love them and there's people that seem to hate them. from what i understand, it can take a while to get used to them but once you do they can carve/turn like no other.
wouldn't surprise me if your the first in Australia to buy them. so if you get em, let us know how they go.
and because they're so carvy, it makes it really easy to initiate slides, so its easy to learn standup slides on them. they're not meant to go fast though, i wouldn't take them past 40kph. so its not really an all round truck like randals, but it carves like no other.

I've stocked them for a couple of years now. They are quite popular with the surfing fraternity due to their ride characteristic. I have a set on an Insect Big Bug and it turns on a dime. They will scare the hell out of you the first time you get on a set. I had a customer pull a hamstring in the shop trying the ones on the Big Bug when he leaned heelside and it dove much further than he expected (;-)>

Cheers

hahaha. of course you stock them A-Drain. you have everything. :)
I think i will take em
