City2Surf = massive skate?

just throwin it out there, is it doable to take advantage of the city2surf?

ie to skate it? i heard rumour some rollerbladers get away with it.

anybody else keen?

yeah it's do able. ive done it a couple a years. (once in the rain) best is to wait till the racers have left then kick off and over take the racers. you'l catch em at about the Kings cross tunnel then it s slalom with joggers. cops dont care too much.

do it backwards. that way, you can bomb new south head rd instead of walking up it. plus, scare the shit out of some joggers.
