I want to make my own home-made visor, and i got the instructions of the forums

3:put a piece of paper on ur fullface and trace around where you want the actual visor (remember be generous u can always cut it down)
4:put the stencil on the polycarbonate
5: cut out the shape"
but where the hell do i buy poly carbonate :O

dont do that james, pretty sure you'll fck your helmet and you wont melt the plastic.
i've done it by puting the plastic on baking paper in a tray in the oven on lowest heat, takes about 3-5mins for 3mm.
its all right here mate...you should be able to get it from most plastic stockers,,just look em up,,,,,goodluck
