toe side steeze!

I am wanting to get a better handle on my toeside turns, and was wondering what the toeside equivalent to this is?

hope you dont mind me using it jacko.

 

this is what I practice for my heelside.

 

so what should I be practicing for my toeside? to get it better controlled and balanced.

 

educated input will be very appreciated.

 

so far this is the best image brought forward of toe side race steeze

Assuming you want railing a corner style, rather than slidey style, how's this?

Right hand behind back and more of a tuck would be even better.

nice digging bugs, I didnt notice this one when I was looking up jackos pics,  you definetly understood what I was after! 

A mental picture to visualise for myself of what to aim for. I have that flying eagle imprinted in my brain, I can see it even with my eyes closed, I need to do this with a toeside pic too. 

so far jacko is winning again. I spose there must  be a reason why he is in such good form on the circuit.

yep,the pic above of jacko at colingrove is what u want....keeping your weight over the wheels to maintain traction but with gangst lean,

inside arm is there ready to put hand down if things go wrong and if you stuff your line and need to turn more or scrub a little,compressing lower and pucking down....cant go wrong.

u need to shift your foot over to the rail so you have your toes like on the rail (well thats how i do it at least) but the trick is making sure you dont point your knee outwards... you have to try to keep your back foot pointing forward. the more side on your foot is, the more your knee sticks out to the side, which makes your hips and upper body twist sideways and you cant balance directly over the board.

Sick thanks for the pointers guys, exactly the info that I was hoping to draw out.
This is basicly what I have been aiming for, but on the odd occasion I do notice that I drag my right knee, so thanks for the specific tips Jacko.
Now I know that this is the right thing to be aiming for, I just need to cement it into my brain!
