ASRA - Australian Skateboard Racing Association

So I noticed that the NSW Government of sport and recreation is now supporting our illegal sport and bid to put our and others lives at risk. Just wondering what their involvement is?

Newtons as an internationally recognised leg of the IGSA world tour drawing the best riders from around the world and Australia to NSW to compete is able to recieve financial assistance through the Department of sport and rec to encourage growth and development. Small to large grants are available in NSW for sporting associations to conduct such activities, i think to recieve funding under these grant schemes you must be an association under fair trading legislation...etc...Haggy, Robbo etc will give you a definitive answer but i believe at this stage newtons funding to be the extent of the involvement? As someone who works under NSW state funding I know how particular they can be about Logo placement and branding so that they recieve the appropriate kudos.
They gave ASRA a small grant to help with Newton's. They did the same back in 2009 too. It's good to have them on board.
And hey, the sport's not illegal.

^^^^ <3 bahhaha
Awesome, good to know they are helping. But Bugs, the TV said it is!
