well when it comes down to hangover's for me, I've either got one which is incapacitating or i don't have one at all. its never in between. i've tried to longboard with a hangover and it seems to make things worse.
plus, i lose all co-ordination and my helmet doesn't have a "slide-up" visor, making speed spews quite messy.
Kooky, we have heaps of safe cruisy runs around Adelaide. and we have still got about 99% of hilly Adelaide that we haven't looked at. Adelaide is surrounded by hills and they aren't all fast and techy. in fact, its harder to come by that sort of stuff than cruisy runs.

took a new guy out to our "get you used to skating hill" yesterday, he did pretty well...but on the opposite end is an even bigger slope...which faces off from the ocean.
the tail wind can be pretty intense...and yesterday, it was up to 70km/h....never skated that road so fast in my life....draft train with 2 other riders and that crazy tail wind....was fun.

I took out personal injury insurance that covers extreme sports except when your competing in a official competition ,so if anything happens at a comp please drag me to the nearest sk8park and call for the ambo there so Im covered...

hey ben. yeah, we are all very accommodating, so you'll have somewhere to stay. its a bit early for me to say whether or not i can lend you my couch depending on work and stuff, but it will work itself out. don't worry about that.

Wish I was there for that. Penneshaw skatepark should be done in a few weeks so I might dust off the short board and bust some gnarly grinds and reverts
