Yes i am an old man
Its my back foot.
I get pain in two main ways, from pushing and from toeside slides.
Pushing I get in the big toe knuckle attaching to the foot and in the arch of the foot, on top of the foot, in the middle associated with the joint between two bones there.
Toesides, it’s the bending of the three little toes back as you push out the back foot. They hurt for days.
Any ideas on shoes, exercises or treatments?

i want to know what robbo was doing to bruise his foot on a bedpost....sounds like some serious thrust!
hey mate, i get pretty much the same thing, when i push for a longer distance the top of my foot hurts like hell, just push through it :)

and i also get sore feet from sliding, again same deal. it's no where near enough to stop me skating.

Sakamoto, i managed to get some panadol osteo but it did not need a script so maybe its a milder form?? the chemist did not mention any other version.

Thanks all
hey, i belive the pain on the top of the foot to be tendon damage, a mate of mine suffered in the uk... thats what he was told by physioterroist... its like a repetative strain injury... he rested for about 2 weeks, everything was sweet after that...
