Anyone got a spare copy of "Street Luge Survvival Guide" by Darren Lott?

Yep, too impatient to wait for 3-6 weeks shipping, and I am not keen on the $40 postage to get a $20 book to Oz quickly. So if anyone has got a copy of this book that they wish to part with, I would like to take it off your hands!

Moving house at the moment so gimme a week to dig.
Sweet! Let me know when you find it, let me know how much you want for it and pm your details and that will be great
Cheers!

How is the move going? Any luck finding the book yet?

Hey mate, sorry for the late reply,
Move was chaotic as usual but I can't seem to find that bloody book. I found the box with all my old novels and stuff but no Darren Lott.
My only other advice is to try and get in contact with Pat. He used to recommend this book. He may have a copy he's willing to part with.
Sorry dude.
No drama... cheers for the advice.
you don't need the book dude, a much more up to date version of things all about luge is online right now, and it's being added to on a daily to weekly basis so it's always growing, not to mention you can get discounts on gravity related products hehe.

go to www.sydneystreetluge.com

it's all there under info, and have a look around at all the other stuff they have :)

PEACE!
Hiya Daz,

I've been checking out your youtube channel and SSL. Both got a lot of good stuff. I really like your "Street Luge 101" on youtube. There is still a bit of info that I can't seem to find anywhere though... like what is the "standard" (if any?) for wedging/ de-wedging a luge (in my case a buttboard). Do you guys run different bushing front and back? How do you cut/shape/ flatten a section of tire for footbraking? (okay, I am sure that there is a thread about this on either here or the fish, I just cant seem to find it) And the one that I can't figure out... how do you look behind when luging, to see what is behind you (like traffic)...?

Sorry if these seem like noob questions, but I am adapting from Longboarding, particularly LDP, so, although I have done alright so far, with educated guesses, there is still a lot that I am just guessing.. hence my interest in the book in the first place.

I know if I was to get together with some local crew that would help, but I am few hours from Brissy, so don't get there all that often. Any riders round here (Byron/ Northern Rivers)?

Cheers!
