no those look like over-sized fly wheels with water-groves in them...

The wheels a CHUB, and Chaputs a C.H.U.D. ????

These are what y'all talkin bout?

they are the pumpkin bushings. I've heard they are a good allround bushing, but haven't tried them myself.
man how good are council workers, we had this one council worker guy who was slashing the grass up at kilkivan we were doing this run that has 7 massive sweeping corners and gets up to like 60-65kph, and he would wave at us each time we went up and down and also had a grin on his face and then when a lady saw us skating on the road she told the council worker and said she has called the cops on us and he was sticking up for us he said, then when we were making the trek back up the hill the guy stop and told us she called the cops and we managed to get out before the cops came but she gave the cop the car details.

no cops but some council bod told us we needed a spotter and said he wouldn't dob us in to the cops.
Not sure whats in the grizzly's Matt as they are on the Sector and Russ is borrowing it for Carparks at the moment. A lovely story Kookie, amused me greatly. I must admit I have always thought you would make a great Lesbian. I myself am a lesbian, I dig chicks and Naked geezers disgust me. Only a couple of days to the weekend boys. Gonna be an awesome weekend. Got a BBQ on, Tatt appointments and NON STOP BOMBING with Jacko and friends!!!!! Phil, you will have to do the full run when Jackos over, see if we can get everyone down together. Yeewwwww, stoked. Im gonna watch the Evolutions 4 DVD now!!

Peace
Dani
I was wondering were you can buy some polycarbonate from to make a face shield I have bought some reflective window tint which i will have to google how to stick that on. but just need to polycarb?
bunning, its in a massive roll.. i paid by the cm.. there was 2 different thicknesses at my local one.. the thicker one was better.. dont go too thick tho.. bend it around a bit to see if you'll be able to bend it into your visor-slot. it should be near the corrugated plastic roofing..
just make sure you get the stuff that doesnt splinter out when you have an impact. The worse thing you can get in a crash is your visor breaking and getting shards in your eyes....
best bet is to buy enough for two visors, fix one onto your helmet, then smash it with a hammer (the visor not the helmet) and see what happens...
if it stays solid your all sweet =)
Okk Just your local bunnings aye sweet as Kristian.
Jacko that wouldn't be a bad idea either yer, can you bend the face shield in an oven or is that a mith.
and do yous know how to stick the tint film on the polycrab?
if you cant bend the face sheild around to the shape of the helmet yourself you should try a different material....
just go and get a replacement sheild for those builder's face sheld helmet thingys....

one of these:

Step one: trace around the visor on paper, transfer onto the poly carb, cut out.. make sure you make it big enough so you can slot it in securely. cut it out

Step 2
bend it horizontally and slide it into the space between the shell and the padding

step 3
push it into the slot and slide it in. BEWARE this can make a crease in the polycarb.. doesnt affect vision that badly but a nice clean visor is always nice. so take care when doing.. after some practice you get better at it
step 4
contort the polycarb around the curves of the visor, slowly tucking it between the shell and the padding

final product

now go bomb some hills
Cheers bugs and jacko for the pics rthey will help so much thanks.
at school we use a oven to heat up arcrilic and bend it inot shape is that totally different to the polycarb?
the work shields work, thats what i used to make a visor for my old 661
