me and my bro have been dh for about 3/4 of a year, we are using 40 inch and 48i nch pintails
we live in noosa and we do the range road frequently.
we are getting some good vault dropdown boards soon.
so could anyone pls tell me were some good spots are and how did you learn to do the spins

yeah. its no big deal and it tends to happen to softer wheels when sliding, but i've never had a problem with my flys and speedvents. it really depends on how you ride them. back when i was just starting, i wasn't sliding and thrashing my wheels that much (partly cos i was scared i would ruin my wheels), but i began to care less about that and now ride them harder than ever. still no problems with either.
i've heard of people chunking wheels like bigzigs cos of the lips on them. sometimes when you slide (usually when just starting out) its jittery and not very smooth. this is cos you not going fast enough when sliding and the wheel is catching. sometimes this can lead to part of the lip chunking off. especially with softer wheels like i said.
thats why its better to go with a wheel that can take a "thrashing" when your just starting out. but if you do chunk a wheel, its still ride able and won't change the ride much.
